Zones and Colors in DP (Development Plan) in pune

In Pune’s Development Plan (DP), each land zone is marked with a specific color code, so anyone can understand what use is permitted on that land. This is as per the MRTP Act, 1966 and the Pune Development Plan 2017–2037.

🔹 Why DP Colors Matter
