1. Site Selection:

• Space the chilli plants about 30 to 45 cm apart in rows with a distance of 60 to 90 cm between rows.

• Avoid waterlogging, as it can lead to root rot and affect plant health.

6. Fertilization:

• Use 12:61:00, 0:52:34, calcium nitrate, Calcium boron
• Apply well-balanced fertilizers with higher potassium and phosphorus content to encourage flower and fruit development.
• Use organic manure to improve soil fertility and promote healthy growth.

7. Weed Control:

• Regularly weed the chilli plantation to prevent weed competition and ensure better yields.

8. Disease and Pest Management:

• Use fungicide
• Use trap to kill insects
• Monitor the chilli crop for signs of diseases like bacterial wilt or pests like chilli thrips.
• Implement appropriate disease and pest control measures, including the use of organic pesticides if necessary.

9. Harvesting:

• After plantation, chillies are ready for harvesting in 2 to 2.5 months.
• Chilli fruits are ready for harvest when they reach the desired size and color.
• Harvest chillies carefully using a sharp knife or scissors to avoid damaging the plant.
