ALM platform loader msi error during UFT installation

When IT service desk was installing the UFT, below errors were observed.

ALM platform loader msi

Due to window policy/permission issue, user was not able to run ALM platform loader msi. After permission were given, issue got resolved.

Not authorized to execute VER

Above error was coming as UFT was invoking cmd.exe To fix this, permission were given to run cmd.exe

Finally User was able to open UFT without any issues.
