Now let us understand how to create a Gradle build in Jenkins. Before we set up a gradle build, we will have to install gradle plugin in Jenkins. You can go through article on how to install a plugin in Jenkins. Once the Gradle plugin is installed, you can go ahead and create a new build project as explained in article on how to create a new build project. In build configuration, you will have to provide build name, triggers, SCM system settings and build steps. In build steps, select gradle option as shown below.
