By default, Bamboo exports only build plan configuration. But you can choose if you want to export results, artifacts and build logs by selecting the check boxes on export page as shown in below image.
You can import the build plans by providing the path of exported file as shown in below image. Before importing, you can tack a back up by selecting the Back up data checkbox but that’s optional.
